New electronics manufacturing facility for TCE in Frankenberg/Sa.

Technic-Center Frankenberg/Sa. Engineering GmbH (TCE) has been developing and manufacturing high-quality assemblies and devices for the electrical and electronics industry at its Frankenberg/Sa. site for over 30 years. Its core competencies lie in the development and production of chargers, switching power supplies, and motor controllers. 
The new construction of the approximately 2000 m² electronics production facility as an extension of the existing production in a listed factory building sets standards in terms of sustainability, resource consumption, and energy efficiency:
- Conscious decision in favor of new construction on the neighboring inner-city industrial wasteland and against new construction on a greenfield site 
- Optimal use of sealed areas with a two-story building planned into the slope
- Sustainable wood as a building material for the supporting structure and facade
- Efficient use of renewable energy sources for electricity and heat generation through geothermal and solar systems
