NEW PRODUCTION AND LOGISTICS HALL FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF VARIOUS SYSTEM FIREPLACES AND FIREPLACE INSERTS

The new building in Rathenow has created a production site for 60 employees: Test laboratory, social area, technical center, administration with insight into production and logistics, social area, coating, workshop, and warehouse are all united under one roof. Translucent window bands with transparent window, door, and ventilation slat elements run through the facade and, in combination with north-facing shed roofs, provide the interior with daylight.

The sustainable construction is reflected in a natural ventilation concept, industrial surface heating (50% biogas share), LED lighting system, heating/cooling ceiling sails, photovoltaics, facade greening, and facade elements with high thermal insulation properties.
