New production halls and stanchion warehouse (DYPP) ENSINGER GmbH, Cham (Upper Palatinate)

ENSINGER Cham is expanding its building products division with innovative logistics by constructing a two-story production building with a direct connection to a fully automated high-bay warehouse. The aim was to create a new building complex that integrates existing buildings and structures and offers the possibility of flexible adaptation to future production developments.

16.000 m² gross floor space distributed across

10.500 m² work preparation, production, and packaging
1.500 m² fully automated stanchion warehouse
1.000 m² logistics hall
3.000 m² office, social areas, and cafeteria
