DIA179 deals exclusively with the planning of industrial and logistics buildings. We usually accompany our clients from the initial ideas to the completion of the construction project.
Our general planning covers all areas of service: civil engineering, transport facilities, architecture, structural engineering, building services and operational technology, as well as special areas of service such as warehouse technology, sprinkler technology, fire protection, and interior design. To this end, we work in partnership with professional planners, consultants, experts, and specialist companies. We understand holistic general planning to mean parallel planning that takes into account renewable energies (energy studies), maximum space efficiency (cranes, flexibility, material flow), and soft factors (short distances, communication areas, cafeteria).
Our planning is carried out consistently in 3D, from the preliminary design to the documentation. Throughout the entire planning period, the client has the opportunity to review and follow the plans in 3D visualizations. This enables early conflict planning of the building structure with the building services and operational technology.
In addition to the creative planning and design tasks, the focus is on the construction process, the construction period, and, in particular, adherence to construction costs. This means: well-founded cost estimates, transparent monitoring of costs and deadlines during the planning and implementation period (adherence to budget), combined with regularly updated cost management.
A project manager is available as a permanent contact person throughout the entire planning and implementation period to supervise our construction projects. In addition, we put together a team of architects and engineers, commercial staff, and an experienced site manager tailored to the respective construction project.
